I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Gracefully, INC, HEALINGGRACEFULLYONLINE.COM and Emily Grace Garbutt, against all claims of every kind based on bodily injury, or damages of any other kind, alleged to have been suffered by me due to any action or omission by Healing Gracefully, LLC, HEALINGGRACEFULLYONLINE.COM, Teacher Emily Grace Garbutt and any program, class, or session offered by her at any in person location or online through her movement platform and social media.

I voluntarily participate with full knowledge that there may be risks. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Healing Gracefully, LLC, Emily Grace Garbutt, HEALINGGRACEFULLYONLINE.COM, for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
