The Method

I believe that movement is medicine. 10 years ago I found myself at a yoga class to calm my mind. What I discovered is that yoga had the power to profoundly change my life.  From my mindset, to my body, to regulating my nervous system, my approach to daily life completely shifted once I committed to a daily yoga practice. My method is simple: provide daily yoga practices that create more availability in your body, softness in your mind and ultimately inspire you to make your wellbeing a priority. The platform features three distinct movement pillars to deliver a holistic movement experience. Along with a range of class sizes from 10 minute "Movement Snacks" to 45 minute "Masterclass Style" classes.
